Wacky search term

Is term life a highly sought after and profitable search term? When I first read it, I thought it had something to do with education and the school year. Obviously, and not surprisingly, I was wrong. Term life has more to do with investments, loans and the world of finance, ie. what is the term life of the loan? Bored yet?
