Performance management
Having worked for a couple of different employers now, one of the many things I've learned is that, in general, where ever you go, performance management sucks. This could be for a number of reasons, but probably the biggest issue relating to performance management is the subjectivity of the whole thing. Just think about the last performance review you went through. Did it suck? Was it relying on someone above you making a judgement call?
