Pashmina

If it weren't for re-runs of Friends then I would have no idea what a pashmina was. Pashmina refers to a type of cashmere wool and as well as the textiles that are made from it, including shawls (see that episode of Friends). The name comes from Pashmineh, from the Persian word pashm (or "wool"). It's also the name of the Pashmina Store, an online store specializing in bridesmaid gifts. If your in need of bridesmaid presents, give 'em a look.
