When I think about sexy costumes it's really really hard to go past Kate Beckinsale in the movie Underworld. Or Angelina Jolie as Lara Croft... I'm distracted... Having recently re-watched Underworld: Evolution, I think I'm prepared to give Kate the nod as first place getter... Milla Jovovich in Resident Evil, that red dress... oh, this post is going no where fast, I'm going to go and have a little lie down.

Trojan horse gets my goat

I wouldn't have thought the market for horse supplements would be all that big. In any case, the only type of horse that I've been concerned with lately has been of the trojan variety. After finding out I had a virus on my laptop I tried to remove it, and inadvertently altered settings I shouldn't have. Long story short, I had to re-format my hard drive an load everything back on from scratch. If nothing else, this illustrates the importance of backing up data frequently!

Downlight debacle

How do you work indoor lighting into a post? Hmm... seems I just did. Actually, I do have a gripe with indoor lighting. I hate those little downlights, or in particular, I hate having to replace the globes. Those things are a total pain in the butt to remove, and I can never figure out how to pry them loose from the roof, it's one of those skills I learn, then immediately forget.

Instead of downlights I'm thinking I'd be better installing a prog rock laser light show in my lounge room.

The secret to buffness

I'm guessing that there are quite a few people in the world looking for the secret to quick weight loss. Perhaps I'm even one of them. The one thing I do know is that the idea of 'quick weight loss' is a myth, unless you're willing to take extreme measures, like liposuction for example. Maybe I need to use "the Secret". Picture buff, and I'll be buff... beef cake...

Gary Coleman

There's not a lot I can say about ademco products, largely due to me not having a big interest in security interest products.

But I do have an interest in the career of Gary Coleman, and he was working as a security guard, so there's the tenuous link...
