Online gaming and adult diapers

Could the powers that be have come up with a more demeaning name for adult sanitation products than adult diaper's? I'm scratching my head, and still drawing blanks.

No doubt the adult diaper market has experienced a major boost in sales due to the obsessive behavior people have shown whilst playing online role playing games such as World of Warcraft. Personally I'd rather get up and go to the toilet, sacrificing two minutes game time, rather than sit in a newly ripe diaper. But hey... maybe my priorities are all wrong?
