Ladette to Lady gold

Last night I caught an episode of "Ladette to Lady", and English reality TV show that takes "ladettes" (or un-lady like woman) and attempts to turn them into traditional English "Ladies". It's funny, largely due to the language, and the situations in which the ladettes are dropped into, with the obvious intention for them to fail. Last night there were elocution lessons. It turned a little bizarre when the ladies had to do some pronunciation lessons whilst holding chairs above their heads. Not discount furniture mind you, the classy ye olde London style. Fortunately for the viewer, the elocution lessons didn't really take!
