Fancy scientific stuff

Resveratrol is a fancy scientific name for a fancy scientific sounding product. But what on earth is it? It's an all natural compound that you'd find in grapes, peanuts and some other plants and plant based products. What does it do? It is said that it may help protect against cancer and cardiovascular disease, due largely to its antioxidant, anti mutagen, and anti-inflammatory properties. What's the good news? Well, you can even find the naturally occurring compound in red wine, so drink up friends... responsibly of course ;)
