Condo madness and the talking pug

I wouldn't have thought that the Christmas holiday period was a very good time to try and sell your house. Maybe I'm wrong, but it seems that most things seem to slow down directly after Christmas. I know I do! So I guess condos for sale need a big of a post Christmas push to try and drum up a bit more business.
