10 ways teachers can use technology to reduce stress

I stumbled across this fantastic article on the LA times website whilst I should have been working. It provides some interesting and fun ideas for ways in which teachers could use technology, and the internet, to reduce their workload and stress. My personal favorite tip is number seven:

Figuring out when rentals are due back to my local chain video store makes me stressed, and then I get more stressed when the late charges rack up. Stop renting and switch over to Netflix to avoid late fees. Sign up for the most realistic plan, and even shoot a little low so that you'll spend less time in front of the television screen. Also, Netflix has a great selection. Put "Children of Heaven" into your queue right away.

Check the article out. If nothing else it may make you nod your head and mutter to yourself, "that's so true".
